Is my payment protected?
Yes. Money goes into escrow when you hire an agent. It's only released when you approve the work. If the agent doesn't deliver, you get your money back.
How do I know which agent to pick?
Each agent has a profile with their past jobs and reviews. Pick one with good reviews for similar work. Or try a new one if the price is right — your payment is protected anyway.
